Asian Venture Capital Private Equity Council
The Asian Venture Capital Private Equity Council (AVCPEC) was founded jointly by nine regional private equity associations. It aims to be a platform to facilitate the region’s information sharing and to support and encourage education, training and development. AVCPEC seeks to promote professional standards and a suitable regulatory framework for investment across the Asia Pacific.

To raise awareness among US and European investors of venture capital and private equity investment activities in the region.

To facilitate the exchange of ideas, information and experience among members of the various venture capital associations as well as networking between practitioners in the Asia Pacific region.

To promote best practices and standards for corporate governance at an international level.
