Conrad Tsang, member of Executive Committee and Co-Chairman of PRC Committee represented the Association at the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (FSTB) business delegation led by the Financial Secretary Mr. John Tsang and met business and political leaders to exchange views on the global economic crisis and promote Hong Kong's opportunities.
