Discount on Health Insurance Scheme

The HKVCA is rolling out a new Members’ Benefits program that will feature discounts on a variety of products and services specially tailored to the individual tastes and requirements of our members. Among the benefits to be offered are access to subscription databases, event tickets, health insurance, and much more.
 
As a special introductory offer for our community, we would like to introduce you to the HKVCA Members’ Health Insurance Scheme, offered by PCL Insurance Services. HKVCA members can enjoy up to a 30% discount off the standard pricing, subject to terms and conditions.
 
For those interested in the Members’ Health Insurance Scheme, a summary of the available benefits under the scheme include:

• Medical history disregarded (MHD) policy available to companies with as few as three employees. No individual applications to complete, no medical questions to be answered, just one simple corporate application.
• Up to 30% discount on policies for HKVCA members. 
• Portability available at commencement of plan, which means you can take your medical cover with you if you leave the corporate plan while maintaining the same level of protection for you and your dependents.
• Flexible benefits mean a choice of plans for inpatient, outpatient, maternity and dental.
• Coverage available for mental and nervous conditions.
• Mammography, Pap Smears and Prostate screenings offered with all plans.
• Cancer treatment, chronic conditions, congenital and hereditary conditions, complications of pregnancy, medical checkups and vaccinations are covered.
• Availability of coverage for acupuncturists, bone setters, Chinese medicine practitioners, naturopaths, homeopaths, Ayurveda practitioners, and hypnotherapists.
• Extensive direct billing available throughout Asia and a claims app for smartphones allows easy access to e-medical card, policy/benefit details, and the ability to submit and track all claims and reimbursements.
