2006 (Monday)
Room 301, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
(New Wing)
The
Asian Private Equity industry has come of age, growing out of
infancy into adolescence. It has grown strongly over the past
decade, despite some arduous and exacting times along the way.
The pool of funds which have been invested into a range of companies
is now being crystallised into distinct segments of Private
Equity, Buyout, Venture Capital and now, together with Mezzanine
and Hedge Funds the scope has extended further into areas such
as Real Estate and Infrastructure. The market has become much
more interesting with a range of diversed and clearer investment
opportunities. As an asset class it has moved centre stage.
During the conference, we shall look at the drivers of these
changes, the new opportunities opening up, as well as some of
the challenges the industry faces; we live today with volatile
markets. It will also be of interest to the audience to hear
about recent innovations, issues and opportunities for recent
deals and exits.
The conference is organized by the leading practitioners in
the field themselves. It provides practitioners, corporations
and professionals, entrepreneurs and expanding businesses an
excellent opportunity to learn first hand from those who are
intimately involved in the deals and the market.

PBH BV, Wassenar, Netherlands incorporation with The Alberta
Research Council(ARC) Edmonton, Canada, have a developed
the production design technology that enables the construction
of Agri Fiber based panel board plants. The Orientated
Structured Straw Board(OSSB) and Medium Density Fiber(MDF)
panel boards are made from wheat and rice straw. The boards
are the result of a unique invention process that displaces
wood as the raw material fiber whilst still maintaining
international panel board quality standards at a lower
cost price.
The value proposition of a n Agri Fiber Plant is its raw
material. The production process uses agricultural waste
that would otherwise be burnt, ploughed underground or
uses as cattle feed. The substitution of wood for wheat
and rice straw as a raw material offers the wood industry
a life line to its fractured supply chain and the utilization
of Agri-Waste as a raw material fiber, prevents the emissions
of green houses gasses that would otherwise occur if existing
disposal methods prevail.
Agri Fiber System BV(AFS) are the technical solutions
provider and have developed the equipment to erect and
construct the Agri Fiber Plants.
PBH BV have acquired he OSSB license for China to
construct and manufacture OSSB panel board plants. Please

United
Union Group Corporation (Undecided
& unfounded)
Nature
Business: Unions Services
Funds required: US$1,500,000
Project Details:
To structure the Chinese largest labor unions group for
billions of union members and be to vindicate union members'
right & interests truly and toughly. Nowadays, Chinese
old labor unions are distempered and flaccid. Most of
the sources of trade union funds is from monthly allocations
of 2% of the total wages of all its employees paid to
a trade union as a fund by the enterprises, public institution
or government organ(¡§EPG") which established the
said trade union organization. In non-state-owned firms,
unions are founded to avoid taxes by policies. These old
ones won't vindicate union members' rights authentically
and drastically because that they're fed by the EPG directly.
Almost all the Chinese labor unions are so unsound, that's
the huge opportunity for the brand-new developed ones
which are not fed by the EPG directly to vindicate unions
members' rights and interests in their enterprises toughly.
It expects the new sound unions is a great trend all over
China. (for the brief proof that the movement would be
allowed in PRC & the brief execution plan please feel
free to contact me via email)
