Queenie Ho

Queenie Ho

Partner, Affinity Equity Partners

Queenie Ho is a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Affinity Equity Partners. Queenie joined Affinity in 2004. She is a Member of the Investment Committee, and Valuation and Portfolio Review Committee of Affinity.  She currently serves on the board of directors of Plaza Premium Group. Before joining Affinity, Queenie was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Queenie holds a BSc in Economics with first-class honours from the London School of Economics, a MPhil in Finance with distinction from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rebekah Earp

ESG Director, CVC Capital Partners

Rebekah is part of CVC’s Asia Operations team, which is involved throughout the ownership of portfolio companies to drive value creation and continued improvement. Prior to CVC she has spent the last 15 years in the region leading ESG integration in both public and private companies. She specializes in building ESG teams, expertise, governance, strategies and initiatives, as well as advising boards and C-suites on ESG matters.

Clement Chan is a venture capital and corporate lawyer currently Counsel for Legal and Strategic Development at Insignia Ventures Partners. He has over six years of experience with M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Venture Capital, and Corporate Commercial Law first as an associate at Eversheds Harry Elias LLP then as a senior associate at Rajah & Tann Asia before joining Insignia Ventures. He received his law degree from Singapore Management University. 

Ross Chiu

Ross Chiu

Director, Corporate Development, Kerogen Capital Asia

Ross leads investment, asset management and business development in the circular economy sectors at Kerogen Capital. Ross is also in charge of the firm’s approach to sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), working closely with company management to assess and manage ESG issues. Ross has over 15 years of experience in investments and corporate finance. He joined the team in 2011, and was previously with J.P. Morgan and Citigroup in Hong Kong.

Ross holds a BSc in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and EMBA from Tsinghua University.

 

Francis Wu

Francis Wu

Managing Director, PAG Asia Capital

Francis Wu is a Managing Director with PAG Asia Capital, a leading Asia alternative asset management firm with over US$50bn under management. He spearheaded a number of landmark transactions for PAG, including the multi-billion dollar acquisitions of Yingde Gases and Baosteel Gases, which were recognized as Deal of the Year by Asia Venture Capital Journal in 2017 and 2019, respectively. Francis started his career in private equity in 2005 after graduation from Tsinghua University. He previously worked with Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, TPG Capital, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and DJI Innovations, and invested across different sectors, including industrial, consumer, financial institutions and technology. Francis holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mathematics and Physics from Tsinghua University.
